Drawing on material collected during a walk across the Cairngorms in the summer of 2026, this print depicts a view towards the south-western end of Loch A’an from the ascent to the saddle between Cairn Gorm and A’ Choinneach. A layered subtractive monotype, created using a variety of printmaking tools to produce expressive textures and marks that evoke the character of the landscape.
