SHIPPING
We offer free delivery to UK mainland only. For everywhere else please contact us for a quote using the website contact form. Processing time 1-3 working days. Purchases will be sent by Royal Mail or courier depending on size. Delivery times subject to courier timescales, specific to each purchase. Please provide any special delivery instructions at checkout.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me in the first instance.
Generally, at Outpost Prints we offer an exchange-only policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
Exchange Period: You may exchange the artwork within 14 days of receiving it for another piece of equal or lesser value.
Conditions for Exchanges: The artwork must be in its original condition.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new artwork.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us using the website form. We will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork. Once the return is processed, we will coordinate the shipment of your new selection.
CARE
For unframed works on paper:
- Store flat and protect from light, dirt and moisture, at a constant room temperature, in a box or a folder made of conservation grade materials or wrapped in acid free tissue paper
- Archival grade and acid free materials should be used when framing
- Display behind glass or acrylic with a window mount, or in a box frame
For framed work:
- Restrict exposure to direct sunlight
- Avoid placing above radiators and fireplaces, display at a stable room temperature
- Avoid high moisture areas and ensure good air circulation in a room
- For cleaning, use a soft dry cloth and handle by the frame.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, wet cloth on the frame, or spray cleaner directly on glass. In case of Art Glass follow manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines.
NOTE
Due to the nature of materials and the process there can be slight imperfections in ink fill and/ or paper, and variations between each print in the edition where applicable.
