The work is a part of 'Elevations' collection exploring high altitude environments, created through a layered process combining monoprint and wet-on-wet watercolor. Broken roofing slate tiles were used to imprint mountain forms, in black ink on white paper, with skies and waters rendered in watercolour in a restrained palette of indigo and burnt sienna.
Framed with off-white textured mount and and glass in light grey 19mm solid wood flat profile frame. External frame dimensions: 43.5 x 41.5cm (WxH).
